Scope:

Does investment in technology and modern solutions give new quality to products and services? How to adapt the procurement process in Polish industrial companies to new technologies? In this conference panel, we will explore these key questions, exploring how technological innovations can not only transform existing products and services, but also introduce new standards of quality and efficiency. We will explore how advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT) and data-driven solutions are revolutionizing companies’ approaches to creating value for customers. At the same time, we will focus on the adaptation of procurement processes to these innovations, analyzing the challenges, opportunities and strategies needed to integrate new technologies into Polish industrial companies, which is key to increasing their competitiveness and innovation in the global market.”

He has gained professional experience since 2000, and founded his own consulting firm in 2005: Consultants for Public Procurement (KZP), which provided comprehensive services in the area of public procurement. He represents clients before common courts, the National Board of Appeals and commissions adjudicating breaches of public finance discipline. Conducts training courses and seminars. Active lobbyist for rationalization changes in the Public Procurement Law. Cooperates with non-governmental organizations, bringing together various business sectors, wishing to co-shape legal regulations on the procedures for spending public funds. Prof. PŚ, dr hab. Małgorzata Dobrowolska 

Business psychologist, professor at the Silesian University of Technology, president of the Silesian University of Technology spin-off company Pro-Lab and the Center for Psychological Education and Assistance Pro-Inwest

He advises organizations and their leaders in the process of innovation and adaptation to a changing world, paying particular attention to the human aspect of technological change. She holds a doctorate and a postdoctorate in the area of technological and social progress, as well as an MBA. Her main research and implementation interests are related to the human factor in the transformations of the future – digital and energy transformation.

She is a psychotherapist, psychological training and workshop trainer, supervisor of trainers, and author of 19 books (monographs and edited) and more than 150 articles. She has spent more than 50,000 hours as a trainer and speaker.

She is the director of the Business School of the Silesian University of Technology and the head of the Studies in MBA of the Silesian University of Technology. She is also the creator and coordinator of the TalentHUB initiative, which she runs together with the Katowice Special Economic Zone.

Michał Motyka

Head of Safety, Dräger Polska Sp. z o.o.

Graduate of Tadeusz Kosciuszko Cracow University of Technology. Professionally associated with the university since 2010 as a lecturer in topics related to occupational safety and process risk analysis.

Between 2013 and 2015, he undertook the management of the industrial project implementation division at Buchen Industrial Services Poland. During this period, he supervised domestic as well as foreign work related to hydrodynamic service, vacuum loading and replacement of catalysts in reactors. Subsequently, in 2016, he became president of HSE System, where he created a department to oversee industrial downtime safety. He executed contracts at major petrochemical plants in Poland and Israel.

Since 2019, he joined Dräger Poland, where he is currently responsible for the sales, service and marketing strategy of the Safety department as Head of Safety.

He combined his interests with his professional mission and began the process of establishing a local technical office focused on safety analysis in industry.
