He holds a doctorate in the discipline of management and quality sciences. For the past 25 years, he has been conducting research in the area of business management, particularly the topics of human resource management and intellectual capital. His research interests, in both theoretical and practical dimensions, also include issues related to materials engineering.
His scientific and research output includes more than 200 items, and a significant part of it has been published in recognized journals and publications. He was a leader or participant in 18 scientific projects. He has co-authored many economic and financial analyses, business plans, and has a good knowledge of market processes, organization and management, as well as company development strategies.
