Political scientist by training, graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Silesia. Academic lecturer, member of the Expert Council of the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza, the Expert Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and the Polish Economic Society.
He headed the Delegations of the Internal Security Agency in Opole and Katowice, conducted activities in the field of legal and economic consulting, and is a co-founder of the National Criminal Law Center.
He assumed the position of President of the Management Board of PGG S.A. on March 18, 2024.
