Pro-rector for general affairs, Silesian University of Technology
Born in 1962. She received her doctoral degree in the discipline of machine construction and operation in 1995, her postdoctoral degree in the same discipline in 2000 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology, and the title of professor of technical sciences in 2008. She currently works as a professor in the Department of Technological Process Automation and Integrated Manufacturing Systems.
After graduation, she worked at the PONAR BIPRON Company. Since 1990, she has been employed at the Silesian University of Technology. She was deputy head of the Department of Automation of Technological Processes and Integrated Manufacturing Systems, later deputy director for general affairs of the Institute, head of the Department of Integrated Management and Manufacturing. She served as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology. She is currently director of the Doctoral School at the Silesian University of Technology.
