Author of more than 150 scientific publications in the area of Production Engineering, Manager and chief executive of R&D projects, Vice Dean for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Materials Engineering and Metallurgy at the Silesian University of Technology during the terms of 2012-2016 and 2016-2019, Head of the Department of Production Engineering of the Faculty of Materials Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology since 2017, member of the Committee on Production Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences since 2015, Chairman of the Section on Engineering Innovation, Quality and Work Safety of the KIP of the Polish Academy of Sciences since 2019, expert witness, subject matter expert of the NCBR, MEiN, PARP, coordinator of the study course Management and Production Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology, member of the Council of the Discipline of Mechanical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology, chairman of the Doctoral Commission in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering, awarded the Bronze Medal for Long Service, repeatedly awarded by the awards of the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology.
