She has experience in cooperation with international organizations of the UN and the EU. She worked for the UN delegation in Poland, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). For years, she has been dealing with the issues of managing diversity and diversified human resources and quality management in public finance sector units through academic activity and on a practical basis. Author of over 120 publications on diversity management, sustainable development, quality management in public finance sector units.
She has over 15 years of experience in managerial positions in public finance sector units (Director General in the Ministry of Economy, Director of the Department of Economic Analysis and Forecasts in the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, Director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Organization and Management “Orgmasz”, Director of the Export Department of PAIH). Member of scientific committees and program councils. Graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University, Faculty of Economics and Management, Jean Monnet Centre for European Studies and Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
