Dariusz Ziembiński

Agnieszka Łasut
She studied at the Faculty of Environmental Protection of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and already then headed towards modern technological directions. She developed a career path in technological industries as well as interpersonal skills and talent for building teams of people, supporting them with postgraduate studies in business management. Since 2018, she has co-created and implemented one of the most innovative technological ventures in Poland in the field of the Internet of Things – the ELIoT Pro system, which was one of the few projects from Poland in the entire history of the SME Instrument / Horizon 2020 program to receive funding from the European Commission. She was the creator of the first pilot implementations of the ELIoT Pro system in Silesia in the area of Smart Buildings, Smart City, Industrial Automation.
A special success was the preparation and implementation of the world premiere of the ELIoT Pro system and the presentation of the joint pilot carried out with the City of Katowice, which took place during the Cybersec Forum 2019 in Katowice. As an enterprising woman, she is the co-founder and President of the Management Board of Smart Secure Networks Sp. z o. o., which is the coordinator of the Polish IoT and AI Cluster – SINOTAIC. In less than three years of its operation, the cluster has become one of the most recognizable initiatives in the country in the field of cutting-edge technologies, especially the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity.
Co-creator of the Digital Innovation Hub concept “Smart Secure Cities” and the “SME 4.0” Program, which has been operating in the “one-stop-shop” formula since 2020. Expert within the Silesian Forum of Experts, Expert on Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and Expert of the Silesian and Subcarpathian Council of the Industry of the Future.

Dr hab. Inż. Marcin Blachnik prof. Politechniki Śląskiej
Doctor of Technical Sciences in the discipline of Technical Informatics and Telecommunications, graduate of the Department of Automation, Electronics and Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology, deputy head of the Department of Industrial Informatics at the Silesian University of Technology, and an independent specialist at the National Center for Nuclear Research.
Author of more than 70 scientific publications in the development of artificial intelligence and its applications. Manager and executor of a number of scientific research projects related to AI applications, and financed by MEiN, NCBR, NCN, PARP, and on the orders of entities including ABB, PSE, Tauron. Expert of grant institutions including NCBR, EU and GCAR (Czech Science Foundation). Since the beginning of his scientific and research career, he has been associated with the Department of Industrial Informatics at the Silesian University of Technology and associated with the Interdisciplinary Department of Energy Analysis, within the National Center for Nuclear Research, co-founder of the National Center for Energy Analysis.

dr inż. Szymon Pawlak
Doctor of Technical Sciences in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering, assistant professor at the Faculty of Materials Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology in the Department of Production Engineering. He specializes in the management of production processes, production scheduling and computer simulation of manufacturing processes. He is also interested in the application of virtual reality technology (VR) in the context of the possibility of its implementation at various stages of production processes. Member of the Polish Society for Production Management. External auditor of factory production control of construction products and quality management systems.

As part of cooperation with the Center for Research and Development of Modern Technologies in Grzymysławice, he implements projects for the Educational Research Institute, creating guidelines for professions of the future.

Agnieszka Zaborowska

Leader in construction law and public procurement according to the Rzeczpospolita daily ranking.
Recognition in the professional world is also confirmed by the award in the TOP WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE competition, in which she was the winner in the People’s Choice category and a finalist in the Legal Advisory Services category.
Specialist in FIDIC contract conditions in linear investments and at the same time public procurement and implementation of public construction projects. She conducts the largest infrastructure tenders in Europe worth billions of zlotys. Agnieszka’s portfolio includes projects that have an impact on the functioning of the Polish economy as a whole and translate directly into the standard of living of citizens. This requires excellent knowledge of regulations and extensive technical knowledge, engineering, modern technologies and environmental solutions.
She specializes in unique consulting on the market, i.e. “participation in the staff composition of the key entity supervising works” carried out for the largest public investor in Poland – GDDKiA. Agnieszka has supervised road constructions worth over PLN 6 billion. She actively participates in the construction of the Central Communication Port – she is currently supervising two stages of this investment worth PLN 15 billion.
She has published over 100 articles in the national press (including Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Puls Biznesu), as well as radio and television (e.g. TVN24). Co-author of 5 books.
Agnieszka is a lecturer at the University of Economics in Krakow and the University of Gdańsk. Invited as a speaker to industry and scientific congresses.

She has experience in cooperation with international organizations of the UN and the EU. She worked for the UN delegation in Poland, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). For years, she has been dealing with the issues of managing diversity and diversified human resources and quality management in public finance sector units through academic activity and on a practical basis. Author of over 120 publications on diversity management, sustainable development, quality management in public finance sector units.
She has over 15 years of experience in managerial positions in public finance sector units (Director General in the Ministry of Economy, Director of the Department of Economic Analysis and Forecasts in the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, Director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Organization and Management “Orgmasz”, Director of the Export Department of PAIH). Member of scientific committees and program councils. Ewa Lipka

Area of activity is the development and cooperation of business and local government in the Tychy subzone. Previously, she worked in local government for 10 years, where she gained professional experience as a spokesperson for the city of Katowice, and then as the head of the mayor’s office. She was one of the leaders of the teams responsible for contact with the media during COP24 and WUF11. Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and MBA studies at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza. She cooperates with Silesian universities, where she conducts classes for students and postgraduate students, and also organizes study visits.
